Reaching Riga city centre from Riga airport

Riga airport is located 9 km from the centre of Riga.

You can use one of the options for reaching city centre: bus, taxi-bus “Airport Express” or taxi.

Bus Nr. 22 goes from 5.45 to 24.00 every 15-20 min (it takes about 30 min). The ticket will cost EUR 1.20 directly in the bus.

For taxi-bus “Airport Express” the ticket will cost EUR 5,00 directly in the bus (it is possible also pay by card).

Taxi will cost approximately EUR 12-17 (it takes about 15-20 min).

Public transport tickets in Riga

Single-trip ticket costs EUR 1.20 – pay the driver.

You can buy also 1-day ticket or 3-day ticket (EUR 2.50 and EUR 7.00) at information centre at the airport, ticket machines or in “ Narvesen”.
